These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the demonstration platform hosted at demo.mashdiv.com, operated by MASHDIV ("MashDiv", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are and what we do

MashDiv develops and licenses trading-platform software. Our customers are companies that install and operate that software on their own infrastructure, under their own name and their own regulatory responsibility. MashDiv is not a party to the relationship between a licensee and that licensee's own clients, and does not operate, host or control independent deployments of the software.

2. Nature of the demonstration platform

• Account balances shown on this site are simulated and have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for anything.
• Orders and positions are executed against a simulated book or against broker demonstration environments. No real order is ever placed on your behalf.
• Prices and market data are provided for illustration. They may be delayed, incomplete, cached or synthetic, and must not be relied upon for any trading or valuation decision.
• Features may be enabled, disabled, altered or removed at any time as we demonstrate different configurations of the product.
• Simulated performance is not indicative of real results. A demonstration environment does not reproduce slippage, liquidity constraints, latency, fees or the emotional conditions of live trading.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the site if you are subject to sanctions, or located in a jurisdiction where doing so would breach applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register, and for all activity under your account.
• Keep your credentials confidential. Tell us promptly at support@mashdiv.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One person may hold one demonstration account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Because this is a demonstration environment, do not submit genuine identity documents, financial records or other sensitive personal material. Use placeholder data when exercising verification features.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose, or to represent it to others as a live trading service;
• probe, scan, penetration-test, overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, harvest, mirror or systematically extract content, market data or source code, or use automated means to access the site beyond ordinary browsing;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source of any part of the platform not made available to you, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits;
• resell, sublicense, rent or commercially exploit access to the demonstration;
• upload malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or offensive;
• interfere with another user's use of the site, or impersonate any person or entity.

6. Demonstration data is not preserved

We may reset, purge, archive or modify demonstration accounts, balances, positions, history and any other content at any time, with or without notice, including during upgrades or routine maintenance. You should not store anything on this site that you need to keep, and you should keep your own copy of anything you care about.

7. No advice, and a word on risk

Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing here is personalised to your circumstances. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.

Trading leveraged products such as foreign exchange and contracts for difference carries a high level of risk and can result in losses exceeding your deposit. It is not suitable for everyone. Before trading with any real provider, consider your objectives, experience and appetite for risk, and seek independent advice if you need it.

8. Intellectual property

The software, design, text, graphics, logos, documentation and all other material on this site are owned by MashDiv or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Using this site does not grant you any licence to our software. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the demonstration for the purpose of evaluating our product. All other rights are reserved. Product names and trademarks of third parties are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

9. Third-party services and links

The platform integrates third-party services, including market-data and brokerage APIs operated against demonstration environments, and links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content or their terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

10. Availability and changes

The site is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice or liability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any data, price or figure presented is accurate, current or complete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MashDiv and its directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the site — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed one hundred (100) [CURRENCY]. Because access to the demonstration is provided free of charge, no other measure of damages applies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MashDiv and its directors, employees and agents from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if we discontinue the demonstration. You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time. Sections 8 and 11 to 16 survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or the site are governed by the laws of IRAQ, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of IRAQ have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where mandatory local law gives them that right. Before commencing proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

16. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us regarding the site.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
• No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to a successor entity.
• No third-party rights. No one other than you and MashDiv has any right to enforce these Terms.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
